Marketing Specialist

The Marketing Specialist will use their formal educational training along with their innate selling skills to generate content and engage new and existing customers. They will specifically focus on Industrial Adhesive and Specialty Tape Markets, with the key goal of expanding business and creating new growth. This is a great role for a self-motivated, enthusiastic individual with a passion for digital and content marketing, including social media.

·        Direct report and responsibility to Technical Marketing Manager

·        Assist in the development of marketing budget, objectives, and action plans

·        Monitor the company’s social media accounts and offer constructive interaction with users

·        Analyze the long-term needs of the company’s digital marketing strategy and communicate effectiveness of the strategy to the management and executive teams

·        Communicate leads to Inside and Outside Sales teams

·        Work with sales, lab, and research teams to strategize and coordinate new market initiatives

Desired Skills & Experience:

·        B.A. in Marketing, Business, or Communications

·        Service oriented

·        Knowledge of SEO and various social media platforms (e.g. LinkedIn)

·        Able to explain complex information in an understandable way, both verbally and in writing

·        Strong problem-solving skills

·        Exceptional multi-tasking skills

·        Detail-orientation with the ability to manage projects from inception through execution

·        A hunger to learn and ability to flourish in a dynamic, high-growth, entrepreneurial environment
